a little About me

I am a recent graduate of Kansas State University where I got a degree in Animal Science. Following graduation I spent 3 weeks in Switzerland and now work full time as a cattle embryologist! If I am not at work, you can find me behind my camera or outdoors.. or both! I live on Dr. Pepper and love me some authentic western jewelry. I love hiking with my puppy, Millie, adventuring new places, and also enjoy riding horses and being around livestock.

Growing up, I always had a passion for photography and that passion never ceased. What started as a little girl taking pictures at horse shows with her pink single lense camera slowly grew into what is now called Lanee Rae Photography. Since then I have had the opportunity to capture special moments for some amazing people and I hope you will be next!

While I am based in Manhattan, Ks I love to travel and would love to see new places while creating lifelong memories for you!
